- Make desired selections
- Click “Next” button.

- Complete Billing Address fields.
- Complete Additional Information fields (who the arrangement is for).
- Select payment option.
- Check box agreeing to terms and conditions after clicking link to read.
- Click “Place Order” button
9. Order Complete
- You will be redirected to heppellcremation.com/checkout/order-received/
- Check your order and click Next
10. Order Complete
- You will be redirected to heppellcremation.com/order-received/
- Click the Continue button to proceed to Vital Stats form
11. Vital Statistic Form

12. Hospital Release Form
